Sequences for 10 loci of Hamiltonella defensa from samples of four aphid species

This archive contains bi-directional sequencing of 10 Hamiltonella defensa genomic loci. DNA samples come from 69 individual aphids. Aphids collected included the species Aphis fabae fabae, Aphis urticata, Aphis ruborum, Aphis hederae.Metadata on sample host species, collection date, geographical coordinates, and host plant species are available in the other data file within this project (aphid_symbiont_diagnostics.xls), using the sample ID to identify samples.
