Human Microbiome Raw Sequence Reads

In this project, the 16S gene was sequenced on an S5 sequencer using Ion Torrent technology to study the microbiome of the collected samples.The study contains 327 samples and 44 controls. Specifically, these samples correspond to 83 patients, from which 4 different types of samples were obtained from each: saliva, feces, endometrial fluid and vaginal aspirate.Of these 83 patients, 20 had normal weight, 20 had type I obesity, 20 had type II obesity and 23 had type III obesity. In addition, there are 4 patients (11, 48, 58, 82) from whom it was not possible to collect all 4 samples, but the samples obtained were also sequenced.
