资源简介:
This data includes eight files.
#biomass.csv is the rawdata of biomass fractionation based on sequential extraction and ash content of water-grown (WGR) or soil-grown roots (SGR). Each class of roots has three replicates.
#carbon.csv is the rawdata of carbon fractionation based on sequential extraction of water-grown (WGR) or soil-grown roots (SGR). Each class of roots has three replicates.
#NMR.csv is the rawdata of solid-state 13C cross-polarization magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance integration results for water-grown (WGR) or soil-grown roots (SGR) samples before and during sequential extraction with a variety of extraction procedures.
#FDcMe-GCMS.csv is the rawdata of molecular-level compositions based on GC-MS of dichloromethane and methanol extractable fractions (FDcMe) of soil-grown roots (SGR) and water-grown roots (WGR). Each class of roots has three replicates. unit: mg g-1 OC
#FKOHhy-GCMS.csv is the rawdata of molecular-level compositions based on GC-MS of base-hydrolyzable fractions (FKOHhy) of soil-grown roots (SGR) and water-grown roots (WGR). Each class of roots has three replicates. unit: mg g-1 OC
#FCuOox-GCMS.csv is the rawdata of molecular-level compositions based on GC-MS of CuO-oxidizable fractions (FCuOox) of soil-grown roots (SGR) and water-grown roots (WGR). Each class of roots has three replicates. unit: mg g-1 OC
#FTICRMS.csv is the rawdata of formulaes detected by FT ICR-MS of dichloromethane and methanol extractable fractions (FDcMe), base-hydrolyzable fractions (FKOHhy) and CuO-oxidizable fractions (FCuOox) of soil-grown roots (SGR) and water-grown roots (WGR). Each class of roots has three replicates.
#decomposition.csv is the rawdata of the percentage of carbon remaining of soil-grown roots (SGR) and water-grown roots (WGR) after 180 days of decomposition in aerobic and anoxic conditions. Each class of roots has three replicates.
