资源简介:
This study investigates SMXL7's role in transcriptional repression and chromatin organization in Arabidopsis. SMXL7 forms nuclear condensates that sequester transcription factors and associate with H3K27me3 heterochromatin, thereby modulating chromatin accessibility and genome architecture. These findings uncover a link between hormone signaling and epigenetic regulation in plant development. This study investigates the role of SMXL7 in transcriptional repression and chromatin architecture using five data groups. Arabidopsis thaliana wild-type and mutant lines (s678 mutants and S7d53 overexpression lines) were analyzed. Techniques included ATAC-seq, Hi-C, RNA-seq, DAP-seq, and ChIP-seq to assess SMXL7 effects on chromatin accessibility, genome interactions, transcriptome changes, and H3K27me3 deposition. Data comparisons were made between mutants and controls to discern SMXL7-specific impacts on chromatin structure and gene regulation.
