A murine aging cell atlas reveals cell identity and tissue-specific trajectories of aging

Single cell RNA-sequencing of kidney, lung, and spleen tissue from young (7-8 months) and old (22-23 months) male C57Bl/6 mice. Overall design: Kidney, lung, and spleen were extracted from each of 4 young (7-8 mo) and 3 old (22-23 mo) mice. Single cells were isolated from each tissue. Each tissue cell suspension from each animal was processed in 2 technical replicates (separate emulsion reactions in a 10x Chromium).
