Warming and species richness weaken eco-phenotypic feedback loop in long-term natural ecosystems
收藏资源简介:
This data and code provided in this repository allow reproduction of the statistical tables and figures presented in the paper entitled “Warming and species richness weaken eco-phenotypic feedback loops in long-term natural ecosystems” at Ecology Letters. The repository includes 40 raw datasets distributed under Creative Commons licenses (CC-BY-4.0, CC-BY-SA-4.0, and CC-BY-3.0), which permit redistribution, as well as the R scripts used to convert the raw data into evenly sampled temporal resolutions. It also contains R codes to perform convergent cross mapping (CCM) analyses on these 40 datasets, to quantify both the presence/absence and the strength of eco-phenotypic feedbacks between species abundance and body size (abundance → body size and body size → abundance). Next, for the remaining 61 raw datasets used in manuscript, redistribution is not permitted because their licenses are listed as “All Rights Reserved”, or require direct permission from the data owners, or do not explicitly allow redistribution. For these 61 datasets, we therefore provide the processed CCM data (CCM_rest.csv) within the folder “processing data_CCM”. Finally, combine all CCM csv file mentioned above, it will reproduce all statistical tables and figures presented in the manuscript.
