The Effect of Metformin Combined with Liraglutide on Intestinal Flora of Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Obesity patients with T2DM could with MET combined with LRG can obtain the maximum benefit of lowering glucose, lowering lipid, and weight, but also can obtain additional benefits of cardiovascular disease. In this study, we performed a cross sectional analysis between health cohort and T2DM cohort to investigate the differential intestinal microorganism. Then the patients with T2DM was randomized into 2 groups and treated with MET and MET + LRG, respectively. The differential intestinal microorganisms were then analyzed.
