Small RNA sequencing of phosphine-susceptible and -resistant strains of Tribolium castaneum

This BioProject contains raw small RNA sequencing data generated from phosphine-susceptible (PH3-S) and phosphine-resistant (PH3-R) strains of Tribolium castaneum. The data were generated to investigate miRNA expression profiles associated with phosphine resistance.
