开展齿轮传动系统非线性动力学特性及几何与运动误差回溯研究,主要内容包括:建立典型齿轮传动系统模型,考虑刚度激励、误差激励、啮合冲击激励、转速变化、力矩振荡、负载波动等内外激励因素,定量揭示多重非线性因素与动力学结构的内在参数化联系和耦合作用机理,提出改善运动稳定性方法和动力学性能优化方法;构建多间隙耦合的碰撞动力学模型,综合计入齿侧间隙、径向间隙及其耦合作用以及啮合刚度对齿轮间隙的影响,提出全局稳定性好的齿轮碰撞动力学优化设计方法;针对典型的齿轮传动系统,提炼影响其几何误差与运动误差的各项因素及发生概率,构建零件级-部件级-系统级的齿轮传动系统误差分析模型,提出齿轮传动系统的几何误差和运动误差回溯方法。
This study focuses on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of gear transmission systems and the backtracking of geometric and kinematic errors. The core research contents include: First, establish a typical gear transmission system model, taking into account internal and external excitation factors such as stiffness excitation, error excitation, meshing impact excitation, rotational speed variation, torque oscillation and load fluctuation. Quantitatively reveal the inherent parametric connections and coupling mechanisms between multiple nonlinear factors and dynamic structures, and propose methods to improve motion stability and optimize dynamic performance; Second, construct a multi-gap coupled collision dynamic model, comprehensively incorporating tooth side clearance, radial clearance, their coupling effects, and the influence of meshing stiffness on gear clearances, and propose an optimization design method for gear collision dynamics with good global stability; Third, for typical gear transmission systems, extract various factors affecting their geometric and kinematic errors and their occurrence probabilities, build a part-level, component-level and system-level error analysis model for gear transmission systems, and propose backtracking methods for geometric and kinematic errors of gear transmission systems.
