MSA of homologues of enzymes in Fuc BMC of C. phytofermentans

It was shown by Fan et al. (2010) that signal sequences responsible for recruitment of enzymes into Bacterial Microcompartment (BMCs). Here I present some of the potential signal sequence in Fuc operon in C. phytofermentans through bioinformatics analysis. Top homologues of different genera were selected for each enzyme found in Fuc operon of C. phytofermentans. From those regions selected (in black box), they are analysed using WebLogo 3.3 for sequence logos which will be useful for analysing the pattern.
