This dataset contains four representative 3D point clouds of two rice varieties (coded V1 and V3) at the heading and maturity stages. The point clouds were generated using the Metatlas V1 multi-view imaging platform and reconstructed using COLMAP and OpenMVS. A Python script is provided to extract plant height and canopy width from the point clouds.
