The profile of Verticillium dahliae small RNAs that load into Arabidopsis Argonaute 1 (AGO1) or AGO2 protein during inoculation

2-week old Arabidopsis thaiana that grew on the liquid root culture were infected with Verticillium dahliae JR2 strain. The infected samples were collected at 2 and 4 days post inoculation, respectively. These samples were equally mixed, then process to Arabidopsis AGO1 or AGO2 immunoprecipitation (IP), AGO1 or AGO2 associated RNAs were used to construct small RNA library following the miRCat small RNA cloning system (IDT, Coralville, IA).
