Level of CCR2, CX3CR1, CCL2 and CX3CL1 according to clinical response to anti-VEGF treatment.

Patients with neovascular AMD in active treatment with anti-VEGF were divided in groups according to change in visual acuity after the three initial anti-VEGF injections. Plasma level of CCL2 and CX3CL1 and fraction (%) of cells expressing CCR2 or CX3CR1 were calculated for each group. Data are given as median and interquartile range (IQR). Kruskal-Wallis test, a one-way analysis of variance was used to calculate differences among groups.
