External table_ML Model Effector Predictions

The predictions for colonization outcome, shown as the raw output of the model, “colonization_predictedReal” or confidence in colonization are displayed for combinations of 1 to 9 effector deletions excluding those essential for colonization (NleA, EspZ and Tir). The last combination of effector deletions in the provided table has a confidence of 0.84; the highest observed was 0.977414 but did not fit in the table (we reached the maximum Excel sheet size), thus the list of the 8 and 9 deletions is incomplete. As the predicted output is difficult to interpret (it is not an actual probability and its range varies among runs depending on low level parameters of the algorithm), we have also included a normalized output in [0,1], where the “score_externalNorm” = output normalized in [0,1] considering the 9 tables and “*score_internalNorm” = output normalized in [0,1] within each table. Green (1) denotes presence and red (0) absence of a particular effector within a combination of deletions.
