De-identified Dataset for Designing Accountable LLM Scaffolding for Postgraduate Research Literacy in Higher Education

This de-identified dataset supports the manuscript “Designing Accountable LLM Scaffolding for Postgraduate Research Literacy in Higher Education.” It includes participant-level demographic variables, pre- and post-course research readiness and motivation-related measures, course performance scores, AI literacy questionnaire responses, and anonymized open-ended responses about students’ AI-supported learning experiences. The dataset has been de-identified and contains no names, student IDs, email addresses, or directly identifiable personal information.
