Behaviral data of longitudinal development of children’s sharing behavior from rural China

Here we report a dataset of our published paper entitled “Longitudinal Development of Children’s Sharing Behavior: Only Children versus Children with Siblings from Rural China” in Child: Care, Health & Development. The dataset contains original data in the longitudinal study examining the development of sharing behavior in rural China with a sample of 3 to 4-year-old children and a follow-up sample in two years. The children in the study were from either only-child families or families with siblings. Children’s sharing behavior towards friends and strangers in dictator games was examined. We also upload the data analysis scripts for readers.
