This study aims to perform a feasibility analysis on an energy storage system using a Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Discounted Payback Period (DPBP) modelling. The energy storage with Li-ion batteries, Supercapacitors, and hybrid system are selected to perform the analysis. The analysis is carried out on the basis of 2,000 kWh in storage capacity of each energy storage system. The salvage value of the battery and the discount rate are varying from 10% to 30%. As for a hybrid system, the amount of battery combination is varied from 5% to 50%.
