This study defines the impact of in vivo thrombospondin-1 (THBS1) ablation on diaphram stromal cell profile, histology and contractile funciton in a mosue model of diet-induced obesity Single cell RNA sequencing of mononuclear cell isolates from daiphragms of wild type C57 mice fed either control diet or high fat diet (45% kcal from lipid) for 6 months; as well as thrombospondin-1 knockout mice fed high fat diet for 6 months
