Genotypic Data (SNPs) for Sorghum Mini Core Collection and Senegalese Accessions

This dataset contains the combined Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) genotypes for the Sorghum Mini Core collection (242 accessions) and Senegalese accessions (163 accessions). The data was generated using Genotyping-by-Sequencing (GBS).This combined dataset serves as the source genotypic data for Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) regarding resistance to multiple fungal diseases, including Anthracnose, Head Smut, and Downy Mildew.
