This dataset contains the necessary code and processed data for the paper: Yu, Q., Jervis, D., and Huang, Y.: Accounting for Aerosols Effect in GHGSat Methane Retrieval, EGUsphere [preprint], https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2023-2958, 2024. The following information is included: 1. The Fig* files generate plots in the manuscript. 2. main_DISORT_CH4_Jacobian.m and main_DISORT_AOD_Jacobian.m generate CH4 and AOD Jacobians, as shown in Fig. 5. 3. The necessary data as input into the codes is in the data directory.
