WHIMS+ GWAS: GWAS on Selected WHI Hormone Trial European Americans

WHI WHIMS+ GWAS

This substudy contains genotypes generated using Illumina Omni Express on additional WHI European American (EA) participants. When these participants are combined with the GARNET participants, they form a population that is representative of the entire WHI EA HT population. Also, all Women's Health Initiative Memory Study (WHIMS) participants who have the appropriate consent have GWAS data in either this substudy or GARNET.
