Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) gut microbiota

To analyze the effects of ambient water and sediment microbiota on the GM of PWS at different culture stages, we collected PWS and their cultured water and sediment at different culture stages, and analyzed the gut and ambient microbiota compositions through high-throughput sequencing of 16S rDNA. Combined with co-occurrence network and source tracking, the effects of ambient microbiota on the GM of PWS at different culture stages were analyzed.
