资源简介:
Nitrification is a key process of the biogeochemical nitrogen cycle, wherein ammonia is oxidized to nitrate. It is mediated by nitrifying microorganism including ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB), complete ammonia oxidation (comammox) and nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB). In this project, to confirm the diversity of AOB, comammox and NOB in cabbage, soybean and tea field soils applied with chemical or organic fertilizer in Japan, we conducted amplicon sequence analyses of amoA gene for AOB, amoA gene for comammox bacteria and nxrB gene for NOB and comammox bacteria.
