This repository contains the Appendix used in the study “The Impact of Business Coaching on Founder Confidence and Entrepreneurial Orientation in University Incubated Startups.” The appendix includes the full research questionnaire administered to startup founders participating in university business incubator programs in Indonesia. This appendix is provided to enhance transparency, replicability, and methodological clarity.
