Yellowstone_Soil_Microbe_454_Sequences

Included are all 454 runs described within Meadow and Zabinski 2012a, 2012b (more information in readme.txt and in links below). These runs contain 16S and 18S rDNA sequences from alkaline siliceous geothermal soil in Yellowstone National Park. These were previously deposited in the NCBI SRA as described in both manuscripts, but there seems to have been a problem making them public, so I have redeposited them here to ensure fully open access.
