Different LncRNAs in exosomes derived from skov-3 cells when exposed to normal or hypoxia condition

reports shows that EOC cell under hypoxia condition shows high malignancy. So we use the Arraystar Human LncRNA Microarray V3.0 to verify the difference expression of LncRNA in the exosomes drived from skov-3 cells which cultured in nomor/hypoxia condition Skov-3 cell was cultured in the 10% Exosome-Depleted FBS+RPMI1640 with 5%O2,5%CO2/2%O2,5%CO2,37°C for 72h, than collect and purify the exosomes in the supernatant.
