Epidemiology research appears to be a rising trend in allergy incidence, particularly in infants and young children, whether in developed or developing countries. Therapy of food allergy has perplexed researchers for many years. It is necessary to investigate effects of the non-depleting anti-CD4 antibody YTS 177.9 on oral food allergy. In this research, the anti-CD4 YTS 177.9 antibody was given to C3H/HeJ mice i.v. before sensitization with peanut extractive. The digital expression analysis (DGE) were employed to analyze the mechanism of anti-CD4 YTS177.9-mediated protection from food allergy.
