Protein levels in the vHC of adult mice exposed to CORT during adolescence ± 7,8-DHF (10 mg/kg).

7,8-DHF influenced p-ERK42/ERK42 in CORT-exposed mice (CORT × 7,8-DHF interaction F(1,28) = 4.2, p = 0.05). Post hoc tests indicated that control + veh group significantly differed from CORT + veh group as reported in independent experiments (see Table 3 and Fig 3) (indicated by asterisks, * p < 0.05), but 7,8-DHF eliminated this difference. CORT decreased p-ERK44/ERK44, but there was no effect of 7,8-DHF (main effect CORT F(1,27) = 8.1, p = 0.008, no interaction). Values indicate fold change from control + veh group.
