Large-Scale Chest X-ray Dataset of 9,364 Normal (Healthy) Cases for Automated Lung Analysis

This dataset comprises 9,364 normal (healthy) chest X-ray images collected from patients presenting for routine check-ups at a local hospital in Pakistan between 2022 and 2024. All images have been anonymized to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality. The dataset is intended to serve as a healthy control reference for medical imaging research and can be used for the development, training, and validation of machine learning and deep learning models for automated chest X-ray analysis.
