In order to investigate whether folate deficiency affects Gcm1 enrichment and then affecting the activity of Wnt signaling pathway, we performed ChIP-seq of Gcm1 on folate-free embryonic stem cells and normal embryonic stem cells, respectively. Our sequencing data provides a new theoretical basis for the effect of folate on histone modification. Overall design: C57BL/6 mouse embryonic stem cells were cultured in normal C57BL/6 mESC and folate-deficient C57BL/6 mESC for six generations. Folate-deficient culture medium were purchased from Sigma with lot No D2429, and normal cell medium were added with folate(Sigma:F7876) with 4mg/L. Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for Gcm1 in control C57BL/6 mouse embryonic stem cells and folate-deficient C57BL/6 mouse embryonic stem cells separately.
