Viral titers for all samples in the publication entitled "Viral lineage and mode of exposure modulate within host spatial dynamics of influenza A viruses in a guinea pig model"

This excel file contains all viral titers reported in the manuscript entitled, "Viral lineage and mode of exposure modulate within host spatial dynamics of influenza A viruses in a guinea pig model". Viral titers were obtained through plaque assays on MDCK cells. The file also contains relevant data about each animal from which samples were taken, descriptions for each column in the dataframe, and the abbreviations used for sample types obtained.
