GenoSysFat smoltification - TFBS binding enrichment in gene expression clusters

Enrichment of transcription factor (TF) binding patterns within expression clusters. Clusters of DEGs showing different expression trends across the smoltification experiment were comapred with TF binding patterns (the weeks a TF s bound) at TF binding sites (TFBS) proximal to the DEGs. Each type of TF was tested if binding patterns were enriched at TFBS for genes in a given expression cluster. Fisher’s exact test results are given in the table for all binding patterns and TF types, per cluster, as odds ratios and significance score.
