p279_PechRouge_2024_weather_station.tab

This file contains all the climatic variables measured between the 5th of June and the 2nd of July 2024 by the neighbouring weather station installed at Pech Rouge, close to the diversity panel. It was retrieved from the INRAE CLIMATIK platform (https://agroclim.inrae.fr/climatik/). Data correspond to hourly averaged values of air temperature (“T”, in °C), wind speed (“VX”, in m s-1), relative humidity (“U”, in %) and photosynthetic active radiation (“PAR_H”, in J cm-2) measured by the station over the measurement period (columns “YEAR”, “MONTH”, “DAY”, “HOUR”). The hourly averaged wind speed was matched to the phenotyping datasets “p279_PechRouge_2024_Tleaf_gs_data.csv” and “p279_PechRouge_2024_angles_data.csv”. Photosynthetic active radiation was interpolated in the script “BLUPs_extraction_all_traits.Rmd”, to then be matched to “p279_PechRouge_2024_angles_data.csv”.
