Dataset for the functional prototype "Device for testing the robustness of an algorithm for online diagnosis of rotating rectifier faults in brushless synchronous machines with an asynchronous-type rotating exciter"

This measurement dataset verifies the functionality of the proposed test bench for testing the robustness of an algorithm that performs online diagnosis of rotating rectifier faults in brushless synchronous machines equipped with an asynchronous-type rotating exciter. The dataset contains time records of the line-to-line terminal voltages of the main synchronous machine on channels CH1 to CH3, a time record of the excitation current of the asynchronous-type rotating exciter on channel CH4, and its frequency harmonic analysis on channel M. The records were acquired both under fault-free operating conditions and in the case of a fault occurring in one of the diodes of the rotating rectifier, where the faulty semiconductor device is represented by a permanently open circuit.
