mPAT approach was used to determine changes to 3'UTR length in yeast upon mutation of cleavage and polyadenylation factor subunits compared to wild type cells Yeast cells were grown at 25ºC until an OD600 of 0.6 was reached then transferred to 37ºC for 1 hour before harvesting. Replicates were pooled and samples were analysed via mPAT using the Illumina MiSeq platform.
