We performed RNA-seq analysis of DN3a, DN3b, DN4, and DP thymocytes from TKO;LckCre which of mice harboring loxP-flanked miR-17~92 alleles (miR-17~92fl/fl) and germline deletion of miR-106a~363 (miR-106a~363-/-) and miR-106b~25 (miR-106b~25-/-) were crossed with mice expressing Cre recombinase under the control of T cell-specific Lck promoter (LckCre) and LckCre mice to identify their differences at the transcriptional level.
