Phenotypic and genomic profiling of multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from Intensive Care Unit patients in Kenya

This data contains bacterial identification readings from VITEK 2. The data also contain phenotypic antibiotic susceptibility profile for bacterial isolates. Genotypic resistance data assessed by detection of AMR and virulence genes is also included.
