Antifungal activity of biosurfactants against selected filamentous fungi: in vitro growth inhibition study

<p>This dataset presents the results of in vitro experiments evaluating the inhibitory effects of biosurfactants on the growth of selected filamentous fungi, including <em>Aspergillus amoenus</em>, <em>Aspergillus quadrilineatus</em>, <em>Botrytis cinerea</em>, <em>Colletotrichum coccodes</em>, <em>Fusarium culmorum</em>, <em>Monilinia fructigena</em>, <em>Penicillium expansum</em>, and <em>Penicillium nordicum</em>. The data encompass measurements of fungal growth under different treatment conditions. Additionally, the dataset documents morphological alterations observed in fungal colonies in response to biosurfactant exposure.</p>
