A comprehensive RNASeq analysis was performed on the haploid parent GZY803 and strains resistant to SM21 antifungal. Results imply the mechanisms underlying resistance responses. Overall design: Wild type GZY803 and resistant strains were exposed to 2 µg/ml SM21 for 1h and 4h. RNA from treated and untreated cultures were extracted for RNASeq analysis.
