通过对软硬件产品的数据治理，包括利用公开信息和本地行业专家的知识储备进行全面评估，并对产品各项指标进行综合研判后打标签；同时，针对业务需求的数据治理，结合客户明确表达的需求、潜在需求以及省内外的实际案例储备，深入分析业务场景与客户画像并打标签。在此基础上，建立算法匹配模型，借助该模型实现业务需求与软硬件产品的精准匹配，并利用模型自动编写符合业务现状的解决方案。

This dataset is developed through two-dimensional data governance practices: first, data governance for software and hardware products, which involves conducting comprehensive assessments using publicly available information and the knowledge reserves of local industry experts, and labeling the products after comprehensively evaluating their various indicators; second, data governance for business requirements, which integrates explicitly stated customer needs, potential demands, and accumulated actual cases from both within and outside the province, conducts in-depth analysis of business scenarios and customer profiles, and performs corresponding labeling. On this basis, an algorithmic matching model is established. This model achieves precise matching between business requirements and software and hardware products, and automatically generates solutions tailored to the current business situation.
