资源简介:
Research on the acquisition of skills by psychotherapists attribute an important role to procedural knowledge (i.e., applied knowledge; Bennet-Levy, 2006; Muse & McManus, 2013). Initial studies suggest a connection between knowledge and other competence levels such as practical competences in standardized patient interactions (Heinze et al. et al., 2023.). However, to date there has been a lack of suitable instruments to assess procedural knowledge in clinical psychology and psychotherapy. The aim of the project is the development, piloting and evaluation of an instrument (“Video Task”) for the assessment of procedural knowledge in clinical psychology and psychotherapy. Study 1 examines the instrument’s psychometric characteristics based on answers by psychology students. Study 2 compares the procedural knowledge of psychology students and psychotherapists in training. An online study will be conducted and randomized video case vignettes will be presented to the participants. unknown other
