Genomic surveillance of multidrug-resistant and hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae

This project aims to characterize three clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae ST101. These isolates were identified as multidrug-resistant (MDR), carrying several antimicrobial resistance genes including blaNDM-5 and blaCTX-M-15, along with multiple virulence factors such as yersiniabactin and aerobactin.
