CT Image Dataset for Hepatic Echinococcosis

该数据集包含了来自268名患有肝棘球蚴病的患者的CT图像资料，其中137例为囊性棘球蚴病，131例为泡状棘球蚴病。在数据处理过程中，已移除可能含有患者身份识别信息的数据元，并对CT图像应用了标准化的HU值，同时采用了数据增强技术以增强模型训练效果。该数据集的规模为268名患者，主要任务是对病变区域进行分割。

This dataset comprises computed tomography (CT) imaging data from 268 patients diagnosed with hepatic echinococcosis, including 137 cases of cystic echinococcosis and 131 cases of alveolar echinococcosis. During the data processing pipeline, all data elements that could potentially reveal patient identifying information have been removed. Standardized Hounsfield Unit (HU) values have been applied to the CT images, and data augmentation techniques have been utilized to enhance the efficacy of model training. The dataset includes a total of 268 patient samples, with its core task being the segmentation of lesion regions.
