RNA-sequence of epithelial-specific active mTOR transgenic mouse lung

The purpose of this study is to identify the roles of epithelial active mTOR in lung fibrosis. We generated Sftpc-mTOR transgeneic mice, in which active mTOR is conditionally expressed in alveolar epithelial type II cells (AECII). We obtained AECII from mice and performed RNA sequencing. Overall design: We extracted mRNA of AECII from 14-week-old wild type and active mTOR conditional transgenic mice.
