Both CMAQ-DDM and CMAQ-ISAM simulations were run using CMAQv5.4 with the cb6r5_ae7_aq gas-phase chemical mechanism and meterology input data discussed in Phelan et al. (ACS EST Air 2025, 2, 2, 162–174). Individual files are provided for each site, model, and simulation date.
