The data in this accession were collected from Ship RUSH between October 17, 1987 to March 30, 1989. The real time data of water temperature at varying depth bathythermograph (XBT) was recorded in stripcharts by the US Coast Guard. 196 stripcharts and radio logs were submitted to NODC. The XBT data from these stripcharts have been digitized and are present in the current NODC data storage system in C116 file format.
