Transcriptomic analysis of fungus Penicillium oxalicum 114, laeA deletion strains and histone H2B point mutant strains

RNA-seq was used to compare the responses of laeA deletion strain and histone H2B point mutant strains . The wild-type strain were also studied. Overall design: Examination of differential gene expressions by digital gene expression tag profiling in Penicillium oxalicum wild type strain and mutant strains. qRT–PCR validation was performed using SYBR Green assays.
