This dataset consists of tax parcels for Easton, Massachusetts. Tax parcels represent property boundaries for the purpose of tax assessment. Tax parcels are not an authoritative source of property boundaries. The authoritative record of property boundaries are recorded at the Bristol County Registry of Deeds. Only a professional land surveyor my produce a legally authoritative map of property boundaries. Assessor property values are for fiscal year 2026. Tax parcels include recorded plans and deeds through June 2025. Ownership information is updated the first Friday each month and may not reflect current ownership.
