10x Single-Cell RNAseq PBMCs (Withheld Test Set)

Human CD4, CD8, CD14, and NK cells (100 of each, withheld from a larger reference set) in a SingleCellExperiment object with annotation labels. This dataset is used as a test set for cell-type annotation classifiers. These cells are compiled from data downloaded from the 10x website, and originate from the following publication: Zheng, G.
