Differentially expressed splice isoforms.

Table containing 426 splice isoforms that are differentially expressed (FDR Fig 4). Shown are merged, group and feature ID, genomic coordinates (chromosome, start, end, width, strand), the corresponding transcript, variant type, cell type enrichment if applicable (_NE = not enriched; AS = astrocytes; EC = endothelial cells; MG = microglia; N = neurons; OL = oligodendrocytes), cluster number (corresponding to clusters shown in Fig 4), and information on all eight DEXSeq comparisons on the main dataset. For each comparison isoform expression of ctrl and prion samples, log2FC, P value and FDR are included, and which isoforms are shown in S8 Fig is indicated. 102 splice isoforms map to genes that are differentially expressed in the main dataset. The respective RNA expression information is included for these 102 entries: cluster number (corresponding to clusters shown in Fig 1), and all eight edgeR comparisons related to the main dataset (expression, log2FC, P value and FDR).
